Trofie is a short, thin, twisted pasta from the Liguria region of Italy.

It is shaped by rolling a small piece of dough on a flat surface to form a short, round pasta with tapered ends, then turning it to create the final shape. It is approximately 2–3 cm.

In Ligurian cuisine it is most often served with pesto sauce.

It is 100% natural, completely additive-free; It is made from semiolina flour. After preparation, it is dried in the oven at the appropriate temperature and made ready.
